I found The Never Ending Story a bit quirky in many ways as it has a unique cast that consists of two boys played by the same actor (initially this was quite confusing do they look a bit similar for some wierd reason? another way it was bizarre was there was a disjointed storyline which was completely unintelligable as it was mainly hero "fights" evil enviroment then after feeding you a small piece of infomation then going back to duelling the scenery this when topped off by a menagerie of animals left me sitting in the library too dumbstruck as to how i ended up watching this film! then there is the matter of the beast (whose identity will remain anonymus) and the famous quote of "i like children" that crippled a few members of filmclub with laughter fo several minutes once they had stopped laughing only too be greeted with another dodgy qoute from the animal that looks like a dog with wings after much deliberation ,whith all factors considered that i marked this film.
