I quite enjoyed this film, but it lost my attention slightly during it. It is at points really funny - so for that reason it gets 4 stars, but it feels like it goes on a bit at times, and you just wish it would end. It is well acted by both Caine and Walters, which is definately a strong point, but you don't feel sympathy for Caine's character of a drunken Professor of Literature, but slightly frustrated. Also, this film does feel slightly aged at times, which although shouldn't be a turn off, can make it feel slightly nostalgic. Worth a watch, but a bit too long - funny though! 4 stars.
