The Dark Is Rising (2007)

the dark is rising is a gripping film that has you open mouthed all the way through it,I would describe this film as a thriller. it starts with a boy who is celebrating his 14th birthday but instead of it being your average birthday,presents,cake,laughs,jokes. but his was different he was only bought a proper present by his sister quinn and then the men come to deliver the christmas tree. when they come they look at him weirdly but left quickly. around a week later the boy went to the shopping centre to buy his sister a thank you present and got her a box for £5 he then went to leave the shopping centre but was stopped by security guards and accused of stealing he is then told that he is the 7th son of the 7th son and must save the world by finding 6 signs but will he suceed or will he fail miserably. this is a very good movie and i would reccomend it to everyone.
