Alfred Hitchcock's 1956 film The Man Who Knew Too Much starring James Stewart and Doris Day follows the story of two American tourists who, on holiday in Morocco with their young son, witness the murder of a man (Played by Daniel Gelin) who they had recently befriended. Kidnap and betrayal takes the action to London where they find themselves involved in an assassination plot. This was the first Alfred Hitchcock film that I had seen and I expected it to be more thrilling. For me, it was slow paced for a thriller and I found the plot a bit confusing. However, I liked the story and enjoyed seeing the locations. I didn't think this film was bad but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you watch it to experience Alfred Hitchcock's films. I have since seen Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo which I really enjoyed so I would recommend that instead.
