Reese Witherspoon made her name in this razor-sharp satire that uses a school election to send up both moral and political corruption.

I thought that this film was very interesting, it showed a very stereotypical side of school life and relationships. Many negative aspects of relationships were shown throughout this film, such as the sexual urges and feeling that people have towards different people, even though sometimes it can be wrong. I would recommend this film for people over the age of 14, however I think that this film should not be watched with teachers or parents as it can make you feel awkward, so I would recommend you watch this film with friends as it will be more enjoyable and you wont be as shocked by the content and language. Reece witherspoon is displayed as a very controlling character as you can see in the film cover, she uses people to get her ultimate goal in life, no matter who she crushes on the way. This has a very cynical approach on the film, in fact most of the relationships in this film are very cynical and so are the people. I have given this film three out five stars as we thought that it was very funny, unique but stereotypical steph and alice 14
