Timeless tale of teen rivalry which draws parallels with the Irish 'Troubles'.

If someone said to me “have you watched War of the Buttons” .I would reply , “NO, sounds like one of those movies my grandpa watches about the war”. Well I can tell you something, it is not. It is an extremely hilarious movie which has to make you laugh and if it doesn’t, well, you must be out of your mind!

It is about a group of school boys from different towns in Ireland who always fight. One minute they are catapulting rocks the next they're destroying a barn! There are some sad parts where animals do get hurt. However, for all you animal lovers out there don’t worry about the animals, they were not scratched or bruised. So please go and watch it and tell all your friends about it.

I thought that War of the Buttons was hysterical throughout! The moral of the story is probably to not judge people by their looks or be their foe because they are not as rich as you. This movie does have some swear words in but don’t let that put you off.

I'm not going to spoil it for you so again please go and watch it.

It is quite obvious what I am going to give this movie. I am going to give it a complete 5 stars!!!
