Another fantastically silly outing for the marvellously watchable Peter Sellers as the calamitous Inspector Clousseau.

I liked this film however there was a serious lack in good female character development. Despite this, I enjoyed the crude slapstick sense of humor; my favourite part was when he inflated a Quasimodo disguise hunchback too much and flew out of the window! I also felt like everything bad happened to the inspector when he did something irrisponsible and karma would reward him when he did a good deed.
