THE BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN (1935) - REVIEW Another great horror classic and is a must see for all, this movie uses fantastic effects to create this brilliant piece of cinematic history. "The Bride of Frankenstein" in my opinion is better than "Frankenstein", this movie leans more towards feeling sorry for the monster especially in the extremely sad scene when he finds a friend who is blind. Elsa Lanchester is also great as The Bride and she really does a fantastic job in this, she also earlier in the movie portrayed mary shelley (the author of frankenstein) when she tells the story of The Bride. I also found Ernest Thesiger's performance as Dr. Pretorius to be an absolute delight as he plays it so brilliantly. I'd recommend this to anyone. 11/10 - (i forgot to mention the amazingly over the top acting of Una O'connor...ill get around to that in my review of "The Invisible Man")
