Byzantium is a vampire themed film. The film is a very gruesome film about a vampire teenage girl who has lived 200 years and will live forever unless someone can stop her by killing her. I would not recommend this film to people who do not like the scene of blood because there is a lot of blood in this film. The film is about two main characters who move from place to place and the youngest girl finds it hard to cope with their secrets since she finds a boy who she likes. In my opinion the film is to gruesome to watch personally because of all the blood in the film. It is a very graphic film to watch. The sound in the film doesn’t really affect the scenes in most parts but there are some scenes that sounds will add to the atmosphere of the film. In my opinion the cinematography was really good showing the intense moments in the film using close ups and long shots throughout the whole film. At the end there are parts to make you think what the characters are going to do (not to ruin the film for you) it is one of the scenes with the most intense throughout the whole film.
