George Washington was a slow movie with lots of things I think should have been changed. For a film with a very low budget it was an alright film, but there were unnecessary scenes and the scenes which were necessary were too long. At the start when Buddy died I thought it was very sad and was probably one of the best parts of the movie, because it showed the true personality of all the characters and shows how they act under pressure, stress and grief. At the end of the movie when George thinks his friends are dead when they have actually faked their own deaths just to make sure they didn’t get into trouble. This for me is very sad because it’s his best friends betraying him to save themselves from trouble. This is very selfish because they don’t think about how it might affect George in the future. Overall I think it was a slow film and would recommend it to people who like dramatic and sad movies and it was an okay movie
