Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

Chitty Chitty bang bang was quite a complex film. There was an exciting twist. However the twist ended up to be just a story which in my opinion was very disappointing. I did, however find it a very interesting story. It was very old fashioned and some of the scenes were obviously green screen. As good as the story was, there was too much going on and therefore was quite boring at times. I do advise young children to watch this film as the romance will pass over their little heads and they will probably enjoy the fun songs and twists.

My favourite character was Jemima because she had a vast imagination, like me. She really adores her father’s inventions and was deeply impressed on what he did to her new car. She kept relatively calm, in times of stress and obviously tries to make the most of her life.

Overall I thought this film was a bit of a disappointment. The graphics were a huge let down to the story and it just ended at a part where you had no idea what was going on at all. The story was slightly too simple and at the same time it had too many events which were not linked and mostly pointless. However I do advise you to watch this film if you like old fashioned tales, have young children or enjoy simple stories.
