One of the greatest films I have ever seen. It's so wacky and fun even if it is based off a pretty funny book. The film took on a different perspective on the whole space film type genre. The storyline was one that hadn't been explored before. Arthur Dent (main character) isn't your cliche hero who does everyhting right, he is an average human being but without being typically or overly British. Not to mention he is socially awkward.

The ending to the film was not complicated in any way and like most of the film it was easy to follow. Each character is likeable and the casting for each was perfect (especially Martin Freeman because he is generally a great actor XD) as they played their roles just how I thought they would be after I read the books. There wasn't an obvious or predictable event in the film. The humour was creasingly funny with exactly my kind of humour. An excellent film made by excellent people. :D
