4 stars

10 Nov 2016

I rate this movie 4 stars. The CGI was amazing, the aliens and the planets looked so real. I think the actors did a splendid performance, their emotions explained the atmosphere around them. Although I did not pay for this movie, if someone watches it and pays for it I think it would be worth a watch with friends or family. This movie was a sequel to the 1996 version called Independence Day. I have not seen the first version of the movie but I could still understand the 2nd version. I disliked the fact that the movie was too fake. The characters would never die and they will always were near to death like a bus falling in front of them. The directors exaggerated their near to death experiences. This movie was about the 4th of July and 20 years after an alien attack which occured in July the 4th 1996. In the first version Will Smith was in the cast and he was the main character. They celebrate the day when the world was saved from aliens attacking earth, but suddenly the aliens attack again and they need to save the earth again. I would recommend this movie to anyone, even if you have not seen the first 1996 version you would still enjoy the 2016 version. Overall I think this was a good movie which you could enjoy with your friends and family.
