This film was great. Its one of the amazing animated Japanese films that you get to watch. Personally, I didn't really like the part when the man (Jiro) had to go on a train that they thought it will explode. This film is based at a time when it was World War 2, because Jiro wanted to be a airplane designer. Airplanes were showed a lot at times because it showed Jiro at work. The Japan people helped the Germans in World War 2 so that's why they are trying to make airplanes for the Germans. Since he didn't get a good enough job in Japan, he went to Germany for a better one. When he was younger, in one of his dreams he met a famous Italian plane inventor. It seems like this film was drawn with computers so it must of took a few years to complete! The scenes they make are decent and the characters seem good. I rate this film a 5 / 5 because to me its quite interesting to watch. I'd rate this 9+ because there are a few mature scenes. if you are under 9 then you have to watch with your parents which means pg. Pg stands for parental guidance so you have to watch with a parent / adult.
