Once again Steven Spielberg has created a fantastic movie set in modern day America where the busy life of an executive leaves little time for fathers to spend with their children. Robin Williams who plays Peter Pan decided to take his wife and children to England to visit Granny Wendy and they sleep in the room where the original story of Peter Pan began and its not long before Spielberg brings the magic to this movie by recreating the blinding light on the other side of the window. It was an honor to have Dame Maggie Smith play Granny Wendy a charming old woman who adopted Peter Pan when he was a child and after Peter's children are captured by Captain Hook Granny Wendy tells Peter who he really is. Williams is amazing as Peter Pan and he brings us on a memorable journey through Neverland as he takes on the evil Captain Hook who was magnificently played by Dustin Hoffman in a quest to find his children. The cast of amazing actors brought this film to life and I was captured until the very end!!
