I have watched Mary Poppins many times before and every time I watch it seems like it becomes better although it doesn't change at all. We watched a film before this called Saving Mr Banks which is to do with Mary Poppins so when we came to watch Mary Poppins I understood it much more which made it a hundred times more interesting. I absolutely loved all the songs they sang: they made me want to get up and dance along with fantastic music. All the cast have done a fabulous job of producing this family friendly film and they should be extremely proud of themselves. If you like a bit of I laugh with your family and friends this film would be perfect for you because it has quite a few funny parts which even made me laugh and I don't laugh often. At some points this film had a little bit of suspense which made me sit on the edge of my seat. I have given this film a 4 stars because whilst I was watching it the emotions changed from extremely happy and joyful to sad and devastated. I have also given this film 4 stars because I like the way they have added some animation and magic into the film. Overall I think this film is fabulous and I would definitely recommend it to adults and children.
