Funny and painful by turns, Diary of A Wimpy Kid is a clever take on pre-teen angst.

This movie was about a child called Gregg Hefley, he went through many experiences such as running through an elderly people's home wearing nothing but underwear. It was a very funny movie that I recommend that all ages should watch. There are also other movies in the series so I recommend that you do watch them all. The movie was indeed very funny and my fellow film clubbers enjoyed it thoroughly. The film doesn't exactly follow the book, but it had similar ideas. In this story, Rodrick and Gregg are forced to get along with each other, but they don't like this idea very well. Before everything, Rodrick finds that he can enter into a talent show. He immediately calls his band loaded diaper. Their parents go out for two days and they have a party. They eventually get along with each other because they had a party and their parents didn't know. Rodrick thinks that Gregg didn't tell their mother but he actually did. Then Rodrick took Gregg to many places and had fun. But the fun doesn't last because their parents find the pictures that they took at the party. Their mom bans Rodrick from the talent show, he is very sad and their relationship decays. To help Rodrick, Gregg decides to do an embarrassing magic show in the talent show with his best friend Howley. Rodrick is allowed to perform in the talent show again, and all is well again. The movie was indeed good because of the humor and how he falls in love with a girl called Holly. There are more funny things but you must watch to find out...
