Star Wars but he's not really the last jedi...

4 stars

A brave sequel to Star Wars the force awakens sees Rey [Daisy Ridley] Luke [Mark Hamill] begin Rey's jedi training in the remote location where Luke went in to hiding in. Rey comes to Luke expecting to be welcomed and trained however the Luke we see appears to be the opposite to the Luke we see in the original trilogy who was key to the downfall of the empire. We also see General Leia Organa [Carrie Fisher/CGI] and the Resistance evading the first order barely , Finn [John Boyega] worrying about Rey and trying go find her but is halted by Rose [Kelly Marie Tran] and there relationships slowly builds as they try to disable the first orders tracker. As Rey gets stronger with the force she becomes connected with Kylo Ren [ Adam Driver ]who is reluctant to return to his family. we see what happened the night where Luke saw the darkness in Kylo and tried to kill him however was unsuccessful.

Overall I am giving it three stars because it left unanswered questions that have been looming since the force awakens and didn't match the quality of the force awakens.
