I found the film very informative and I learnt a great deal of information about oil rig disasters and safety in the oil business. Suspense and tension was built throughout the film but I found there was a long wait to reach the movies peak point of enticement however, when we reached this point I found myself on the edge of my seat. There was heightened anticipation towards the end. I also developed a deep attachment to the characters which really made me enjoy the film more. In all, I found the film a great source of knowledge and understanding of a very catastrophic event. This may not appeal to a young audience which it was showed to as the beginning of the film wasn’t as suspenseful as the end but I did think this film was very interesting as a whole.
