Amazing Animation!

This film was spectacular! The animation was great, as it was made in Japan I was sort of expecting this. The story line was good too however I believe it could have been better. When I first viewed this movie (when I was 6) both me and my parents got fooled by the fact that it is a U and an animation so I still think I was a bit to young for it then. This movie is suitable for all ages but I would say if you are aged 6 or over I would definitely recommend you to watch it. Ponyo is a loving and heart warming tale of friendship and kindness between Ponyo and a small boy age 5 called Soske and when he rescuses Ponyo from the ocean they are both inseparable and when they are separated they try their hardest to see each other again but will it be a happy ending ...

This movie also has a message for parents; Ponyo's father is horrified at the fact that his daughter has met humans( as she was a fish before she magically transformed into a human) and even more so because she has tasted human blood. He is only trying to do his best for his daughter but his wife shows him that it is good to be protective of your children but if you can see that they don't do things as you do you can except that they do not want to be part of what you do however that does not mean they don't love you.
