3 girls are trapped in a lifeless room after a birthday party. We are then introduced to the main charcter (Kevin) who has a 23 identitys. Kevin keeps telling the girls about a beast that is coming. 'The beast' is feared by all of kevins personallity. The girls find themselves fighting to get out of the room and to get to safety, but will they get to safety, or will they meet the beast?

I enjoyed the film becuase James Mcavoy (Kevin) plays all chracters really well and portray the distress of each character well. I also enjoyed the film becuse it is set out very well so i made sence throughout the film. I also enjoyed the film because it is not a usual horror film, their is not music playing then someone jumps out at you, its a creepy thriller horror. It's also a good film becuse it takes a diffrent approach to split personallities.

The film looked very clear and well filmed, the music helps add tention in certain places and helps relief tention in other places. The sound effects really help the view understand how each character is suppose to be like, whether that are calm, gentle and kind or if they are angry, vilolent and uncontrolable.

This particular film is not for a younger audience, i think older teenagers/young adults/adults would enjoy the film a lot more than other people or younger children because its a horror but its also imaganitve which i think older people would not understand and i persoanlly think that it would be too scary for young children.
