The Man Who Invented Christmas Review

3 stars

23 Nov 2018

I recently watched the man who invented Christmas which came out in 2017 and I would rate this movie 3 out of 5 stars. I think that the story was fairly good because it was set in a different time period and done really well.

The director of the movie is Bharat Nalluri and some of the other movies he has directed are, MI-5, Killing Time, Mars Project and a few more.

The reason why I rated it a 3 out of 5 stars is because I think it has a good story but this movie isn’t really the movies I usually watch and if I were asked if I would watch it again, I wouldn’t say no but I wouldn’t say yes either.

Something that I liked about the movie is how Charles saw Scrooge and no one else could, it was like he used his imagination and brought the character to life in his mind as he was writing his book.

Something I didn’t like is that they didn’t really go into depth about some characters, like Scrooge because this was the first time I saw this movie and I haven’t seen a Christmas Carol so I have no idea what made Scrooge how he was.

So my overall summary is that I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars and thought it was an okay story, there are some things I like about it and some things I think could be done better.
