The film that started the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe!

Iron Man is the beginning of the entire MCU (a term I'll be using a bit in this review). It is based on the one and only Iron Man also known as Tony Stark, the genius playboy philanthropist. He pretty much lost his heart and had a robotic one. Only thing is with this new heart is that it controls all his Iron Man suits. The heart is called the Core Reactor and it completely changes him forever. That's enough of the plot, let's get into my review. Me being the Marvel nerd I am, I really loved this film.

It made me love the entire Marvel franchise and it kicked off everything up until Avengers: Infinity War. The actors in this film were top class and Robert Downey Junior did an amazing job at playing the main character. I really enjoyed Jeff Bridges' performance as Obadiah Stane or Iron Monger. I would say he is one of the best MCU villains of all time and is up there with Thanos and Killmonger. I believe this because he is menacing and one of the strongest villains as he uses Iron Mans Mark 1 suit. Another thing I enjoyed about the film is Jon Favreau's character, Happy Hogan, Tony Stark's personal driver (It's not like he has a giant mech suit that he can travel in, does he?. He splits up the mixture of comedy and seriousness. One final thing I loved about the film is the entire setting.

Something you don't see everyday is a billionaire in a massive iron suit saving civilians. This film is up there with my all time favorite MCU films such as Spiderman: Homecoming and Doctor Strange (another film I would like to review).
