To start off with, this film is great for revolution lovers. The story begins with a 'pleasantly plump' teen girl wanting to go on a favourite TV show of hers. The problem is the actors are the same age as her. When Tracy (teen girl) gets detention for using hairspray, she finds new friends that want a revolution for coloured people. Being the lovely friend she is, Tracy helps them but gets into deep trouble including the police. Now she is on the run, hiding from everyone. Will she get on the TV show or will she get caught?
This is a heart-swelling film to watch now. I give it a 4-star because it isn't the greatest movie but it is extremely good. Will you watch it?
