This film was actually not that bad. I love the emotion in the story. I didn't think that it was fair that Hermia was forced by her father to marry Demetrius. The idea of Lysander and Hermia to escape was just brilliant. My favorite character is Bottom because her character is so funny and her amateur acting is magnificent. I love the beautiful colour's you see in the Caribbean forest. They're very calming. They remind me of looking through a kaleidoscope. The thing that I didn't like about the film is all the poetry in it. I didn't understand most of the words which made it harder to tell what was happening. I really love the Caribbean vibe they put in to change the story. It makes it sound more fun and exciting. I would recommend this film to romance/comedy lovers and and anyone who loves film in general.
