I think Belle and Sebastian is a very interesting film. When I read the title I thought that the dog was Sebastian but her name was Belle.

My favourite part is when Belle was crossing the snow bridge. Because it was in french and german with english subtitles, I found it hard to understand most of what was spoken. There was very little sound except natural ones.

The film is based on a young boy called Sebastian who ,despite his father's wishes, befriends a dog called Belle. Despite believing Belle to be the so called ''beast'', hunting the livestock of his family's farm, they form a unlikely bond with one another. But their fun doesn't last long. As germans search for the french resistance and villagers try to hunt down the so called ''beast'', the two must work together to protect each other.
