The movie 'An American Tail' was about a young mouse and his family moving to America to get away from their dangerous lifestyle. The danger unfortunately had came to the place to the place they moved. There are a few plot twists through the movie and I didn't find the plot that interesting.

There are a lot of characters in the movie who's names are not mentioned, some of the characters are: Phible the main character, his sister, his dad and his mum. He befriends a boy a bird a cat (who is nice) and lots more.

I didn't really like the movie but some things were good like the actors and the songs. I think they portrayed their character well.

I wouldn't recommend this film to a friend because it is more for children under the age of seven. Overall it was a good movie with lots of twists and turns.
