This film is very enjoyable it should be a PG not a U from the Titanic like scenes, the main characters include a girl 11-15) and a boy also a prime minster who they all hate well most of them. It is certainly funny I laughed a lot this comedy, tragedy film.I absolutely recommended this film for many ages maybe not under five years but anyone else will love this film with the characters enthusiasm makes a great film .The reserved people even have a good character to them which I love that everyone has a part. This is another well done anime by Ghibli studios.
