This is very good, because the Rugrats are babies that try to act like adults and do funny things, Tommy pickles has a baby brother and tries his best to return it to the hospital. But he cant, and he ends up loving baby dill and tries to protect him with his best friend Chucky, from Tommys mean and spotlit cousin Angelica. I didn't have a favourite part because I loved it all,and my Mam told me she used to love watching the rugrats to when she was a little girl. I think every one will enjoy this movie it is a fun family movie.
