This film is a French film based in Paris with English subtitles made in 2015. It is about a world (most likely in the future) where scientists mysteriously disappear and are forced to work with the Empire. A family of scientists have a secret hideout and are attempting to create the 'ultimate serum' which gives someone invincibility and they cannot be hurt, or die. Their ancestor failed to create the formula as he died in a massive explosion after two chemicals mixed. But, the police capture the family, a young girl, her mother and father and her granddad and April, the little girl, is separated from the rest of her family. Ten years later, April and her talking cat is hiding in a statue, also trying to create the serum of invincibility finds Julius, a young man, and works together to find her family and to save the world from talking lizards.
I really enjoy watching films in a different language, especially anime, so watching a French film was very new and interesting. My favourite character was the cat, Darwin, because he was very amused at some things he was a talking cat, which you don't see everyday. This film is very interesting but can be very confusing as it has difficult words and lots of advanced science.
