Winn-Dixie

I really enjoyed this film because of how the makers mixed all of my emotions together. It was funny when the shop keeper says "what ya all looking at, that dog almost bite of my face!" when really all the dog was doing was liking his face .When Opal's Dad stepped into their static caravan it was hilarious because of what Winn-Dixie did. My favourite part was when they had the party because everyone was there and they were all having a good time and singing hymns. When Opal's Dad told her about her mum it made me sorry for Opal because of how she left them. I thought that Gloria was really nice and caring to Opal. Miss Franny's story about the war was fascinating and a little but sad because of what happened. There were some really emotional parts for me. My favourite characters were Opal (played by Annasophia Robb) and Amanda ( played by Courtney Jines Amanda's character didn't seem very kind at the beginning but as the film went on Amanda's character seemed to become kinder. I would recommend this film to people who enjoy emotional but funny movies.
