The Emperor's New Groove is an animated Disney film made in 2000 and it made $170 million at the box office. It was directed by Mark Dindal with some of the cast including, Patrick Warburton as Kronk, David Spade as Kuzco, Eartha Kitt as Yzma and John Goodman as Pacha. This movie was nominated for Best Motion Picture, and it was a Critics Choice Award winner.

After Emperor Kuzco fires his beyond-scary assistant (Yzma), she wants cold blooded revenge. Yzma and her assistant Kronk, in an attempt to kill Kuzco, unexpectedly turn him into a llama? Yes, a llama! Kronk tries to get rid of Kuzco, but not everything goes to plan. He accidentally sends him to a hill alongside a peasant named Pacha. Both Kuzco and Pacha need to get back to the kingdom so that Kuzco can be turned into a human again and reclaim his throne!

Along this rush-of-a-story, there certainly was a lot of comedy and jokes to enjoy. One of my favourites was when Yzma was holding a funeral for Kuzco (although as you know, he is not dead) and she says "Well Kuzco isn't getting any deader, back to work everyone." I also loved that Kuzco's self confidence got him into a lot of trouble.

I thought this film was funny and enjoyable to watch (and very exotic at that too). People who love stupid jokes would enjoy this movie especially, but even if not, it makes an amazing family film for everyone to enjoy.
