The film the Bridge to Terabithia was a really good film because it taught me how to use my imagination and it can teach you a lot and what i also liked is that the film was picked because it had bullying in it and it linked to anti bullying week. It helped teach whoever is bullying that they will always get taught a lesson in other ways and will get punished for it. At the beginning it was really sad because when the 2 children got put to bed by their Dad, he would say love you and kiss and hug the girl but only just said lights out put the covers over him and left the room. So it seemed to me that the Dad preferred the sister over the brother. Also when the Dad lost his keys he said to the boy find the damn keys now or I'll take your money for a new set which was really harsh and mean, but in the end the dad changed and seemed to like the bot. When the boy and his friend from school go off into the woods they find a mysterious rope over the river so they jump on it like Tarzan and they swing across it. They then cross into a world of imaginable things that you can only see in your mind and one day when the boy goes off for the day with his music teacher he looks at the girls house and says to himself just me and the teacher no one else and when they go to the museum the girl goes to the woods and tries to swing across the river but... when she does the rope snaps and she drowns and...dies! So when the boy comes back the Dad actually cares about him and comforts him. I really liked this film and recommend it to ages above 5 and a good family film.
