In the movie, it introduces one Ron Burgundy (played by Will Ferrel), a news anchorman who works with his friends since childhood: lead field reporter Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), sportscaster Champ Kind (David Koechner) , and meteorologist Brick Tamland (Steve Carrell). The 4 work with their studio director Ed Harken (Fred Willard) and become the most popular news show on the air. Their long-held title leads to a wild party, in which the protagonist meets one Veronica Corningstone (played by Christina Applegate). The studio director then reveals that Corningstone will be working as a second news anchor for diversity's sake: leading to many hilarious antics in the group's pursuit to attract Corningstone: leading to a relationship between her and one of them.

I found the entire concept amusing, seeing everything roll out in the plotline. Some of the choices in dialogue had me choking on air, i was laughing so hard!

Overall, I would recommend this movie to anyone needing a laugh, or just anyone at all, it was hilarious and a really interesting storyline.
