The Wiping Musical Of The Jazz

5 stars

18 May 2022

Whiplash is a musician film that's simply about the jazz genre. It's about a guy who I assume is into the jazz genre of music. Who is a drummer, struggling to impress the composer.

THE STRUGGLE OF PROFESSIONALISM

What I like about the character that's in the film is that it's something that's relatable with the struggles. Trying to do things to the best of his ability, as well as to improve himself as a musician. It's something that is told well.

THE CREATIVENESS OF THE JAZZNESS

With the music in the film, I think what is here in this film, I do think the score that's in the film, as well with the music that's actually heard in the film is actually well done. It looks like that they actually played it in real time within the recording of the film. The music in the film is great!

THE COMEDY

With the film, there are some funny moments in the film that can be funny, but for the most part of the film, it's more serious with what story it has to tell. It's not not a film that has jokes in it.

DEVELOPMENT

If there's anything that I do like in this film. I do like that there's development in the film, as well as the world building, such as things changing. I do think that it's done well, especially with the musical jazz band.

SERIOUS SITUATION OF THE MUSICIAN BAND

What I think is interesting about this film is that it probably shows how difficult the world of musicians can be. Such as maybe with education and as a job. It shows that people who like to play an instrument, such as a drum or a trumpet, need to practice. I don't know if there's an composer are horrible but I can't imagine it being like that with a musician band as a job.

As a film, I do think what is provided here is done well with the comedy as I see it's more for that purpose as I do think it works with the film. Though with the seriousness of the film, I do think it's done well with the development of the main character, as well as with the other characters that's there. Though there are also hateful characters in the film as well, that did actually get under my skin.

CONCLUSION

With the film on what it's about. I do think it's a great music film to watch, as I do think it's enjoyable to watch, with watching how this guy is struggling in life. I do think it's a film that's good to watch, as I think it's different as a musical film, as well as the genre being on jazz. I think it's great for what it has to offer.

The acting in the film is great, I like how well it was with the performance. I honestly thought it was great. I think I would give it a five stars here as I honestly thought it was different, as well as how the story is in this film. I honestly emerged in the film because it was interesting. I couldn’t recommend it enough to watch it as I did enjoy it.
