Hello Film Club members and welcome to my sister Katie's chosen film which is called Treasure Planet which is based on the book that is called Treasure Island. This film was chosen for the 23rd of December 2022 which also means it's the twenty third day of advent so that also means we only have two days left until Christmas day. The film Treasure Planet is about The legendary "loot of a thousand worlds" that inspires an intergalactic treasure hunt when 15-year-old Jim Hawkins stumbles upon a map to the greatest pirate trove in the universe .Before I talk about what i gave the film i would like to mention my favourite character which is Captain Amelia who is voiced by Emma Thompson. I like her because she shows women can do things just as well as men can. My sister Katie's favourite character is Jim Hawkins because no matter what task he was given he always showed bravery and loyalty to Captain Amelia. This review has been given four stars which means I liked the film. My last film for my challenge this year will be chosen by my mum I will not be doing another film until the new year after tomorrow. So thank you for reading my review on the film Treasure Planet.
