Oddball and the penguins is a movie where a trouble maker dog has to save penguins however comes across a few obstacles. Although this film has a happy ending it can be emotional at some parts along with humorous parts as well . Generally I think this is an exiting film with a plot twist no one would expect. 5 stars.
