Matilda is about a young girl who grows up in a nasty family who don't care about her or her education. They make her cook her own food and care for herself. At the age of 3 she was cooking her own breakfast and getting herself ready. She eventually persuades her parents to let her go to school and when she gets into her class she is the smartest out of everyone in her class and her teacher Miss Honey loves her and thinks she is amazing. At the end of the movie Matilda's family wants to move to a different country but Matilda didn't want to and Miss Honey didn't want Matilda to leave either so Miss Honey adopts Matilda and they both lived a happy and loving life. I liked this film because it was heartwarming and inspiring to watch.
