It's about a Chinese girl named Fei Fei who believes the legend of the Moon goddess, Chang'e, who took a immortality potion, causes her to float away from her love, Houyi, and now lives in a moon palace. Fei Fei's mum sadly passed away when she was eleven. Her dad decided to replace the mum with a woman called Mrs Zhong and her energetic son called Chin and stopped believing Chang'e . However, one day Fei Fei had a desire to prove her dad wrong and show everyone that Chang'e is real ,so she sets off to build a rocket to meet Chang'e.
My favourite part of the film was when Chang'e challenged Chin to a ping pong battle because it was breath-taking. My most hated part was when Chang'e go frantic and made it rain meteorites. My favourite character was Bungee, the pet bunny, because she was adorable. My least favourite characters were the chickens because they were selfish and they reminded me of the angry birds
I loved the music because it was very pop genre like. I liked how there wasn't that much music because I dislike films which have too much music. I liked how many of the songs could tell you the story. I was so surprised that this was classified a musical.
It was four stars because I felt there wasn't enough music to be classified as a musical. I think it should stay a U because there is nothing inappropriate about it. I think it should be a 0+ because it could teach little children to follow their dreams and believe in anything. To conclude my review I would recommend this film and listen to the story because it sorrowful but also alluring.
