Enjoyable, but not quite Mr. Bean.
I liked it; it even made me laugh at times. My only real inconvenience with this film is that it isn't a silent film. I'm not talking about the kind of silent film like Nosferatu or The Gold Rush but just very little dialogue. Sorta like the original Mr. Bean series, which I highly recommend by the way.
