A good 4.5 for me, would suggest over Dispicable Me. There are 6 Dispicable Me films (including the Minions spinoffs), but there is only 1 Megamind film and a short film; I am not counting the new film because even though I've never seen it, it looks terrible and nobody likes it, but if you want to count it, there are 2 films, 1 short and a series.

I think the problem with the bad sequel (and series) was that some higher up in a chair made of £1,000,000 said "This film is getting popular, let's make a sequel of it in like a month." And the rest of the people in the meeting agree because they'll get their chairs made of gold and one of them thinks to themselves, "This is going to suck." But they don't say anything because they know they'll get thrown in THE PIT.

And that's how we get bad films.
