Captain Phillips is a superb action-thriller that will captivate fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. This is a very gritty film about a very recent historical event from 2009 about when a crew of Somali pirates hijacked the Maersk Alabama container ship.

I thought the action sequences in this film were very impressive and there is some seriously good acting. I would highly recommend this fantastic film for any action film buff.
