Edward Scissorhands

4 stars

31 Dec 2024

On Wednesday the 11th of December 2024 my youngest sister chose a film with Johnny Depp who played the part of Edward who was created by an inventor who sadly died before giving him hands so instead he uses scissors for everything in his life which he finds very hard to do until a family take him in to live with them. While he is there he finds something he can do with his scissors which is cutting hedges and peoples hair and a ice statue of the family's daughter who he falls in love with. Can Edward find a happy life living with people around him or is he better off living on his own in the large empty mansion where no one can hurt him? This review has been given a four star rating which means we liked it because we felt sorry for Edward and the way he got treated badly by the other neighbours because all that Edward ever wanted was to be normal with hands instead of looking like a monster with weapons for hands and to be loved by someone. Thank you for reading my review for Edward Scissorhands which is a different fairy tale to what you know and have read before.
