Visually brilliant 1971 Roald Dahl adaptation about a little boy who wins a tour of the maddest sweet factory in the world!

It's a good movie but it has some issue's.
The intro sequence if it can even be considered one due to it's length is dragged out a bit too long taking up more screen time than the factory itself.
The seemingly sociopathic response Willy Wonka himself had to the fates of each of the children. He doesn't seem concerned slightly like its an average thing for him.
The factory in my opinion got too little screen time despite being the main focus of the movie.
As for things I liked about the movie.
I like how each of the children actually represent the seven sins if you pay attention to personality and behavior, especially how they end up having to leave. (Take Agustus Gloop for example. He was gluttonous.) Except for Charlie.
Charlie was a poor child with an astounding stroke of luck as to how he got his golden ticket, giving a symbol of hope even in darkest times.
