The unexpected thing that happened was something happened to the penguins.
The mothers were devastated and furious and livid the parents only have a certain amount of time before they have to go and get more food otherwise they will starve then unfortunately die.
The worst character in my opinion is the bird because it takes new born baby penguins and tried to take it away from its parents. Also at the end when the the penguins left the baby penguins. And the seal does some thing horrific to the mum and dad penguins.
I feel really horrific when the director had to record this and not allowed to help them even if they could there not allowed. The tunes are amazing when a horrific event happens the sound drops low and when a extraordinary event happens the sound goes higher.
