Existing accounts

I already already have an Educator account without a licence, how do I upgrade my account to an Into Film+ or Into Film Club account?

If you have an existing account, it's easy to upgrade your account. Either go to your profile or start to watch an Into Flm+ title and you will be taken back into our required sign-up form to verify your organisation has a licence. 

If you are a school, please make sure you have a URN/SEED/IRN reference to hand, you can find more information about this on How do I get a licence?

If you are a non-school organisation, please make sure you have a PVS Licence reference to hand, you can find more information about this on How do I get a licence?

Using Into Film+

Where can I watch films?

You can only watch films in the registered location of your organisation that has a PVS Licence. This is also the location that Filmbankmedia has for your organisation. If your registered organisation address location is incorrect or has changed, please contact Filmbankmedia.

What type of account do I need?

As part of this account process, we would have made sure you had a valid PVS Licence. If this wasn't possible during sign-up, you would still be able to use our Learning Platform or download Into Film resources. If your organisation has since got a valid PVS Licence reference, please go to My Account to update your account details.
