World Animal Day
A film guide that looks at The Boy and the Beast (2015), in which an angry young human runaway called Ren is adopted by Kumatetsu, a bear, who brings him to the land of the beasts as his apprentice.
This guide is useful for exploring topics including Religious Education, Citizenship, Art and Design, PSHE Education and Languages in addition to highlighting themes surrounding martial arts, community, growing up, foreign language films, friendships, Asian countries, life and death, and animals.
