Shallow sense of humour, combined with forced plot and very predictable ending does not contribute positively into my opinion of the 'Four Lions'. Despite this is the deliberate parody of common fears of the terrorist attacks, film in parts is just in bad taste. Acting reflects personalities of the characters, which is one of the small pluses in film. Music and characterisation seems to be just all right, fitting contemporary society. Factor defending 'Four Lions' is the challenge of the stereotypes about Muslims and who, supposedly, would be more likely to actually carry out such attack. I do not recommend watching this film before obtaining a reasonable amount of knowledge of the issue.
