Jesse Eisenberg starred in the movie Social Network, acting the inventor of Face book, Mark Zuckerberg. The movie was all about proving your social hierarchy, it showed how shallow people are, by trying to show how many friends people have, that's why it spread around the college's so quickly because so many people want to be the most popular. This film was extremely good for the modern era, as it signified the impact of the internet; it illustrated how it has jeopardized people's lives forever. The actor filled the role perfectly, he was a complete computer genius, however he had no life skills, it was a perfect link, and really indulged the audience, it sent a clear message, that the internet has changed the way we communicate with people, we no longer travel to friends houses and speak in a more civilised fashion, we speak in slang to each other which obviously decreases our linguistic ability in the new generations. This leads to many arguments, because sometimes you portray the way you speak differently to the way you write. I loved the film as it really made a connection me how Face book, and the internet has changed our life in some good ways, but mainly bad. I think that it would appeal more to more elder teenagers, as it is too complicated for the younger generation, and it is based on people at College and University.
