Not a bad film but we all thought it difficult to enjoy because of the subtitles. Very well made and the young actors who play the young boys are super. When we watched the film we really didn't know anything about the history of afhganistan, but our teacher explained a little and then the film made a lot of sense. It is a great story which is very sad from the beginning. It was hard to like the wealthy boy he seems so mean but I suppose the film is all about hoe he tries to make it up when he grows up.
